At Smallflower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and apothecary purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our Chicago warehouse using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely and is eligible for processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
